  I did find their prices reasonable and their store was nicely organized. Not much staff to help out as this store is really huge in size . They need more staff on the floor to help their customers .

  Interesting experience. First attendant I encountered was not very helpful or knowledgeable working in the window and door department. He directed.me.to the hardware department where they don't carry the hardware for the screen door.that they sell. The screen door with the 10 year warranty. When I asked this attendant if the hardware was covered under the 10-year warranty he could did not give me a straight answer he just said if I bought it recently he could help me and when I said it was about five years old he said that's not recently. I looked in the hardware department but didn't find anything I was ready to leave and then saw two Associates talking. I approached them and asked them if they knew anything about this particular door handle on this particular door that they sell. The one gentleman immediately took me over to where the doors like mine were hanging. He then took me back over to the Window and Door counter and reach underneath and pulled out a big box. He went through some of the boxes and took out the same mechanism that I had in my hand. He wrapped it back up and gave it to me and said that should do it. He noted on the box it said not for sale. So I had the part and the warranty was honored by this very competent Lowe's associate with glasses and a beard.

  Huge place for everything for your home ... just sad that I called the 1-800 installation for someone to return my phone call . After talking with the reception for over 10 mins to get all my infor last Wednesday. Now 4 days later and I haven't heard from them at all . Well they certainly Lost my business for installation on a product I was going to buy from their store in Belleville ...

  I was initially pleased with this store. Lots of staff, very friendly. Bought a fridge there instead of at Home Depot because of this. Told the delivery date. Cancelled an exercise class and an appointment to be at home. No delivery. When I called they told me they only delivered Saturdays to my area, though sometimes they gave other delivery days that the delivery company could decide to deliver on or not. They decided they could not and nobody told me. Also, emptied the fridge and have counters covered with stuff waiting for my fridge which will now be delivered two weeks from now. Got a cavalier "I'm sorry, that's our fault" (obviously!) from them. Should be worth a token gift card or something!

  Lowe's is great for their weekly flyer deals. Can't beat them. Especially if you have a contractors account and wait for the 15 percent off contractor days. Good tool selection. It has an attached Subway so that is always a bonus when you are in a rush picking up materials.

  The guys in flooring. Are amazing don and didnt get other guy name. Went above and beyond to make me happy. Customer service is hard to find these days. But Lowe has the best. Thanks for all your help and the laughs also.
