    Never had an issue with them as I have purchased many items over the years and their warranty is worth getting! Will continue to be a customer as well as MANY of my clients / friends who also feel the same. Expectations of people are getting much higher and worse over the past few years with our millennial entitlement evolution.

    Went in and inquired about a diamond tennis bracelet. They said they'd get back to me but never called me. Guess they don't like selling $600 bracelets.

    I love my new thick gold necklace with warranty. One condition is very poor is no service, or no repair in that place. has to sent out to Toronto to fix it, take me weeks to return. THERE SHOULD HAVE REPAIR PLACE IN PEOPLE STORE! I have no problem to buying there but service is fairly to poor.

    Went in there twice today and both times we were not even acknowledged. Ended up walking out.
