  Frank's is focused on the community and provides excellent service! MusicMates was on a tight schedule and Frank's graciously donated their services to help us move in a timely and efficient manner. The team was very friendly and careful with moving our belongings. All of our staff are grateful and we would certainly recommend using Frank's to those who are moving!

  This company didn't have the decency to return my inquires and kept me waiting for weeks with no answer to how they would help me make our move. They did next to nothing to find out any information on when a slot would be available.

  I could not have asked for any more. Frank's worldwide moving was great. They were lower than the quote, the move was perfect.

  Terrible. First they wouldn't remove a chair in our old house because they said it wouldn't fit. One of us got it out by ourselves, so they obviously could have done it if they tried. Next they wouldn't take a couch downstairs because, again, they said it wouldn't fit. We're pretty sure it would have since the old owners had a couch down there. They banged a piece of furniture into the wall creating a little hole, which they said they would come back to fix. They never did. Lastly they left a box of garbage with water bottles, coffee cups and the sweepings from their truck; which they hid under our bench.
