  Quinte orthopaedics and physiotherapy has been my home away from home for over 4 months now. Austin is so knowledgable and helpful. He has been building me back to health while I am waiting for surgery so I can go into surgery in the best possible condition. Lindsay and the rest of the staff are so helpful and gentle, always listening to me and knowing what's best for my recovery plan. Alex, Karly and Nicole up front are so welcoming and accommodating, I can honestly say I look forward to going to physio twice a week because I know I'll be seeing friends who care about me and my best possible health.

  Better call two days in advance to cancel an appointment or they'll charge you for the missed appointment. No regard for their patients life issues.

  At Quinte Orthopaedics we understand that people have busy lives , unforeseen illnesses and family commitments that often get in the way of a scheduled appointment . We do our best to accommodate to those busy schedules . We also have a waiting list of other individuals trying to get in for an appointment because they are in pain. When an appointment is cancelled with only a few hours notice we often can not fill that spot on such short notice . We have a 24 hour cancellation policy so that people are considerate of those waiting for an appointment and the therapist left with an empty appointment time . We are compassionate and there are certainly exceptions . For those who have simply forgotten, we require a policy that our staff must abide by.
