  in a different colour. When we declined, the attendant left the aisle. We decided to seek the attendant again to ask if they had something to clean the urine off with and the attendant said no while she was cleaning the pee off of the floor and after she went on to say that the post which we had on its side was going to cause someone to trip. Well the pee could have caused someone to trip and we were only showing the attendant the urine on the bottom of the stand. The attendant proceeded to clean the pee off of the floor. Then we asked if there was something to clean the stand, she said no as she didn't have anything else that was non toxic to animals. So my mother suggested the stuff she was using and then proceeded to ask if we get some sort of discount as we could clean it ourselves but would need to buy some stain remover. The attendant replied "I don't make it a habit to give discounts." I then asked if they were going to put the cat post back on the shelf and sell it with urine on it? The reply was "Of course not." The entire time there was no empathy or solution for the issue of the urine on the product we wanted to buy. The attendant proceeded to spray the bottom of the cat post with the solution she used on the floor and then wiped it off and put it at the check-out. The focus from the attendant was on how people do not clean up after their dogs. In the end, we bought the cat tree and $20.00 of stain and odor remover which they sold in the store with a great selection of cleaners to choose from. I seriously can't think of a time that I last received such poor customer service anywhere. When another couple looking at scratch posts commented to the male associate that the feather was missing on the post they were looking at, he asked the female associate (apparently the manager) what to do and she told him to offer them $5.00 off! I couldn't believe it! I was standing right there! I was so frustrated that I don't think I can ever go back in that store again. I will certainly be taking my business else where since having this experience! I am giving the store one star for the selection of scratch posts and stain and odor remover. Also the women at the check out was friendly. The Manager however should take a course on customer service and empathy.

  They say walk ins are welcomed but this is not true. For something as simple as a dogs nail trimmed, I have been turned away 3 times. I will not be returning to the Belleville store for any type of grooming. Very disappointed in the service.

  Today we went to buy a new scratch post for our cats. After looking through the wide selection we found the one we liked as it suited our cats needs best. Unfortunately when my daughter went to take it to the checkout she did not notice the dog pee on the floor and the bottom of the scratch post was soiled on one side with urine. When asked for assistance the attendant suggested an alternate scratch post.

  Super friendly, super knowledgeable staff. They are eager to help with whatever you need. The store is always super clean and organized. The staff are 100% amazing every time I visit there for my elderly chiweenies needs.

  Been here multiple times. Excellent client service the majority of the time. Spencer was very knowledgeable re fish and took the time. Would certainly recommend.

  Convenient with a large variety of items. We have not been able to keep and fish or snails alive from here. Though we have several fish from other places.
