  They screwed up my taxes so badly... I now owe a ton of money to the government in penalties... the guy who did my taxes clearly should retire.

  The worst customer service ever! They are slow, unprofessional, ignorant and rude. They held on to my daughters T4's for almost a month. She kept calling to ask if her taxes had been filed, they kept telling her they would do them as soon as possible "We're overwhelmed with work". She finally called them to ask for all her paperwork (T4's) back and they told her she can't have her papers back from them unless she pays them $20 !!! They hung up the phone on us twice!!! ($20 !!!) Unheard of, robbery, ellegal !!! They couldn't file her taxes and they want her to pay them for nothing. Absolute scammers!! Never again will we ever file our taxes with Liberty Tax Belleville, Ontario. They've lost us all as customers and there's 9 of us.
