  BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I will give it 0 stars if I could. Reserved a cube van online for pickup at the belleville location. My husband travelled all the way to Belleville from Kingston since they were the only closest location that had a Cube van available as per online reservation system. Got a confirmation for the booking but when my husband went to pickup the van, he was told they did not have a cube van available and did not confirm the booking. He spoke to a lady at the reception but she refused to help out. In the meanwhile, he received a 2nd email confirmation, this time the confirmation was sent out from their own store by the supervisor confirming the Cargo Van; and the funny part is that the email was sent out while my husband was still in the store. How ridiculous is that??? I think they need to figure out their reservation system and not ruin someone's planned day. Horrible customer service. THIS STORE SUCKS!!

  Thanksgiving weekend is coming up and I had planned to visit my grandmother as I haven't seen her for at least a year.. would have been appropriate if discount was more helpful due to my situation, but as far as I can see I will be steering clear of any discount rental agency for now on.

  I'm rather disappointed with discount right now, at the end of august my car was totalled in an accident, so I did receive a rental but had to return it, as of now I'm still without a vehicle so my claims adjuster called to see if they would reopen my file and let me have a rental just until this coming Tuesday or open a new one, but discount is refusing to do that.

  It is completely unacceptable to provide a confirmation and reservation number that aren't based on the existence of a vehicle in a given location. If you reserve well ahead, do not trust your confirmation at all. Personally, I will never book with this company again.

  Reserved a 16ft truck online for pickup on July 7th at 5pm, and received confirmation and a reservation number. Due to it being absolutely vital to have the truck, I called today to confirm that it would be available. Was told that there was no truck available in Belleville or any of the surrounding areas.
