    3rd day asked me to call back a couple hours later(probably to pretend to look at it) then had the nerve to say " I couldn't fix it here ya go" and hand me my tower box full of parts.

    Asked for motherboard diagnosis and/or repair. Didn't receive a phone call for 2 days and received my parts back basically untouched, making me think they didn't even take it out of the box.
