  The Brick is in a newer plaza with plenty of parking! The store is one of the cleanest stores I have ever seen! Their displays are very well arranged and inviting. The person or persons creating the displays are very artistic! The prices are reasonable and the furniture of high quality! Delivery is costly and there is a long wait to get anything you buy delivered! The Brick will allow the customer to pick up the item or items at their delivery doors. I found delivery to the home a problem but getting what you want from their warehouses to their stores is easy.

  The lady we had helping us was great she showed us some fridges they had on the floor then let us be while we looked at them.while we were looking she found the one we wanted online at sale price

  These vultures of sales people attack you the second you walk through the door and are more concerned about getting their commission rather then ensuring the sale is done properly. Recently we bought a box spring and mattress set.

  Talk to Jen, she'll treat you right! She gave us the lowdown and invited us back for VIP Night when she heard of our future needs. Super service, attentive to our needs, fun, knows her deals and she isn't afraid to talk to her managers to get you the best deal she can! We saved $1800!!! (And the delivery service was quick, in with the new and out with the old!). If we could give more stars we could!

  We talked about buying a split box with the salesman yet the order was filled for a regular box. Once in the car we realized looking at the bill that it was a regular box that was ordered. We immediately called and talked to our sales person and he assured us he’d take care of the change and adjust the bill on the credit card he pushed onto us.

  Long story short, we did not get a refund (granted it was a small difference between the queen and king size but nonetheless, it's the principle...), she said she would make sure it was sent out correctly on the truck and it wasn't. So instead I had to drive back to the brick to pick up the mattress protector because even though it was her mistake they would not deliver it to me. On top of that,their sales people are god damned vultures,and I STILL get spam calls from them (almost 2 years later),despite having asked more than once to be taken off their marketing call list. Will never shop here again.

  Bought a mattress, queen size. Mattress protector, the sales woman rang us in for a king size. She realized this after we had paid because the people in the warehouse called to double check or something like that.
