  Tanks were filthy, with algae beginning to coat the glass. I imagine they hadn't had water changes in weeks, and none of them seemed to have a pleco, loach, snail, or any type of bottom feeder to help clean the tank.

  However, even with an employee present(and currently selling to a customer), there were dead fish in multiple tanks. One tank had a fish holding a skeleton as others chased it to try and pick off and eat more of the rotting fish. These were not "fresh" dead fish from a recent shipment, most appeared to be in there for at least a few days if not weeks/months.

  Called to check if they had what I needed. Immediately said that they can't be contacted and that they don't check emails regularly. Why have contact information if you don't even respond?

  Dead fish, filthy tanks, and lack of animal care should deter all business from this store. I will not be returning or suggesting to anyone that they support a store with blatant animal abuse.
