  Long wait times and not very convenient hours. They took out the self serve machine so that faster option is now gone. Staff at the welcome booth can be quite rude but the staff at the windows are usually great.

  *I'm disgusted that this service center isn't open on Saturdays. If you work a regular job 8 to 5, you can not go here without taking time off work.

  ServiceOntario in Belleville Ontario is just disgraceful when you try to call them you get somebody in Toronto it's got a funny accent that does not know anything about the place in Belleville Ontario

  Been on hold for 25 mins. While they say we made our services quicker and easier. What a bunch of crap.

  Bit of a wait (50 minutes). Clean. Lots of chairs. Staff member was friendly. Parking near by was free (for 1 hour) and that could present a problem for some busy period at this location if you are parked in the 1 hour free spots since the service can take a while. There is a cafe across the hall from the service center.
