    lied to about features on a 3 year contract, told there was unlimited long distance when it was unlimited local, then put on wrong plan for type of phone, and given an older slow sim card for a 4g lte phone, ladies working there are very unfriendly and miserable looking, not talkative. you are treated like a disease to be sent away, with a messed up phone and contract, virgin mobile is good however, just go somewhere else for it

    The service and prices aren't great. I love Virgin as a company but I go to The Source for help.

    I showed up to get a SIM card, set up a plan, and port my phone number from Rogers. The attendant was friendly and knowledgeable, and everything happened quickly and correctly. I've come to expect very little from cell provider kiosks, so this was a big surprise. So far I'm very happy with the Virgin rates and service quality as well.
